Orex Gold Mines Corp. Relocates Executive Office

Business Editors

CORAL GABLES, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 2, 1999--Orex Gold
Mines Corp. (OTC BB:ORXX) announces today that it has moved its
corporate executive office to 255 Alhambra Circle, Suite 701, Coral
Gables, FL 33134.
With the expansion of Orex in Arizona and new offices in
Wickenburg, the company downsized the office space located in Florida.
Also, due to the past hurricane that struck Florida, Bell South is
backlogged in their telephone service department. Therefore we will
experience a delay in service until November 10th. In the meantime we
have a professional telephone answering service to take messages and
our staff will check in periodically to retrieve all phone messages.
