We have lost more.

The outstanding shares are 45 Millions.

Pls clarify it to me the following:

HLIT buys Divicom through stock deal worth .52 shares of HLIT.
what happens to these outstanding shares?
What should we use the number of outstanding shares for the semi side?

Robertson Stevens used teh 44 Million shares, but I thought HLIT buys all these shares and replaces them with its .52 of its own.

I guess I am not getting it
thanks in advance
