I only seek justice.

The SEC mandate is to protect shareholders.

In SLUP case, they apparently don't give a tinker's damn about the shareholders. I thought it might be shortsellers who prevailed on the SEC after the stock took the precipitous rise in April '98 after Kemper Insurance endorsed the MBS technology.

However, after perusing the garment this "thread" has woven, I've come to believe a more sinister agenda has been programmed. Only the ruin of SLUP and the burial of MBS technology will satisfy the evil at work. Without the SEC, SLUP would be a $100 mm company by now and growing with MBS technology spreading over the globe. How else can one explain the peremptory suspension, the draconian treatment, the stonewalling, the months and months and months and months. Yes, there is a stench.

We are fortunate in having a dedicated management who have taken SLUP this far, and is committed to seeing us through to success. We will prevail! Justice!
