lebo, talk me through your argument here. Last Friday IVIL is trading at 29.5, they announce a secondary at $28. The stock dives in heavy volume, falls into low twenties over the following week.

How would the $28 secondary be an exit point for the underwriter's clients? It couldn't possibly be profitable. Lane's argument that $28 is a benchmark of support sounds reasonable, in theory. Of course, why are we at $23? When do/did these new shares hit the market anyway? Was last Friday the day?
