Heinz, I read the Economist article (in the current issue) about technology last night - in a print medium. So, I do acknowledge that the economy today is not all technology. :-) That said, if I understand the Economist article correctly, they feel that while presently the developed economy is only some 5-8% technology-based, chances are it will expand more in the future. And the market is always discounting future events. BTW, did you catch the editorial in the Economist urging the ECB to leave rates unchanged? -BGR.
