** BRKS and Large Caps ** J.M.: BRKS posted some news yesterday. See Yahoo. Positive stuff overall. Street has been concerned with acquisition costs I think. BRKS is buying stuff left and right and WS became concerned with the EPS deal. Forget about the long term prospects of this company. Show me the money now, honey. If you are a small cap and are not posting earnings, you are not the prettiest girl at the party. Also, the ML upgrade may have covered BRKS too. Fitzie covers BRKS. If the upgrade did not cover it, BRKS was dragged up when investors got nosebleed from buying the large caps and had money to burn. See SVGI the last hour as well.

LRCX wanted to go down today and it went down yesterday. She did not care about NVLS and KLAC early in the morning when they were mildly positive. NVLS and KLAC caught up with LRCX but LRCX was key today IMO. She wanted to go down after having great RS the past two weeks. And she closed down for a second consecutive day. So KLAC and NVLS have caught her in the low 80s and I don't expect much if anything more from them short term on the long side at least closer to AMAT earnings if not after. Spotlight is on AMAT for now. She controls their destiny.
