I agree, but I believe there has been a great amount of governmental corruption near the bottom of the price levels of some of these commodities. If true,for any real change to happen, those which are corrupt must first leave office.

Remember, For over 2 years, many here screamed for the CFTC & SEC to look see if there was a manipulation of gold price. Over & over, "nothing could be found". One strange day, Armstrong went down for charges amoung which included manipulation of commodities prices, silver & gold. On that strange day, a senior employee of Republic Bank was fired, and the next day his boss followed him out the door for what happened with Armstrong. When there are 3 people involved , friends, we have a conspiracy, even if no charges are filed against two which share the blame.
