Heinz, re >Don, seems we had a bearish outside day on the SPX...< Indeed, that is more like what I was expecting. On Monday right out of the gate I got short via SPX puts. Some time premium was stripped off in the afternoon though, so even though the SPX was down over 8 pts yesterday, the contracts only increased 1 pt as of yesterday. Today they did better. I was a little bit annoyed to see the Dow/SPX/Naz racing higher again today, but as I was expecting, that didn't last. 2 trading days between now and the employment report on Friday.
