it will take a while to go over the packet, but it looks like are sales are already off of last year in the first quarter,

confusing because we are only showing 9 months for through 1998 dec, 31

and the first 3 months of 1999

where is the first quarter of 1998 is what we need to see how costs and sales are doing.

also, page 3, the Distribution will consist of 5,961,967 shares of compass data

also says BNEZ had 59,619,670 outstanding shares as of July 10, 1998 but I'm sure that needs to be 1999

but it looks like sales are off over 40 percent, that sucks
