You might want to hang on to those options, unless they are Novembers. I plan on continuing to hold my Jan $200 for some time. Don't get hung up on the "don't get greedy" thing. This stock is still cheap...and will only start to reflect true value at $375 (based on future eps of $5 which I think is reasonable now).

If this is your first option trade... you might try selling half your position first thing. This alleviates a lot of the pressure. If the stock continues to run you participate. If the stock doesn't run, you're playing with house money. Takes a lot of the emotion out of it. Bad decisions are made under duress. That's what I'm doing.
