Question about MOT dispute: discussions are going on with MOT; nothing to comment on. Re: MOT's new chip it sounds interesting; MOT chip much bigger than Q's current chips; not enough info to say exactly what MOT chip will do and when it will be ready; Q already has a chip that is competitive to one MOT is planning. Think it is more a GSM chip vs. a CDMA chip. MOT is a good competitor; but will have a difficult time catching up with Q.

Q is working on multi-DSP chips as well. Developing software to use this capability and Q chips should be very competitive (in future).
