Coffee pot, JudgeJudi already posted on the yahoo board that they havn't covered. I believe their plan is to wait until after the Christmas run and then add to their short position. That seems like a well thought out plan to me. lol. It's not everyday that someone can claim capital gains on a short sale. Then again, I believe it will more than likely be a write off. How sad. They claim to be short since 14. The last time COOL was at 14 was mid July. That's one hell of a long time to be short. Something tells me Judge Judi is full of $hit.
