A question for Mr. Bell.

From my MF post.

Mac,

As an investor I believe in ATHM and am very aware of the many issues facing the company and cable BB. The question I have for Mr. Bell is this:

The current open access legal wrangling appears to be holding investors and the street at bay. When do you see 'the story' of what ATHM is doing- the real progress the company is making and the impact cable BB is having on the future of the internet- making a difference in the perception of the street? Is a hands-off decision the only thing that will jump start ticket sales back to the athm train or does the company have plans and vision that will get the public excited in spite of rulings or delays in the judicial area?

Please ask him to be specific with ATHM's vision for BB. This quarters press release was none too shabby but when the AOL rumors cooled again so did the share price.

Thanks for the opportunity to give some input.

Ps

My question is:

How does ATHM monetize their subscription customers?
Specifically..
How does the business model base revenue assumptions
for e-commerce and advertising?
If an ATHM customer views advertising or buys something using e-commerce does ATHM get paid MORE if the transaction(s) occurs through the EXCITE portal, rather then just through any URL on the WEB?
Specifically, are there different revenue assumptions for EXCITE advertising and e-commerce transaction?

If I am not clear here can someone help me phrase it more succinctly?

Thank you.
