Nice dream. Even better: Qualcomm uses ARM core with a Rambus channel for CDMA phone! Neither of these dreams is too far fetched, IMO. In that regard, LSI logic has a section on their website outlining their plans for 3G wireless chipsets that lists both ARM and Rambus as "core building blocks". (This was posted on the RMBS thread some time back). I hope TI and QCOM are thinking along those lines as well.
