I've used RTT since it was beta. I think it is just great. Seems like almost all the kinks have been worked out. Never hear any complaints on this thread anymore. Problems of data lags, slow starts, servers down, etc. now very rare (and typically not NAQ's fault). I only use quotes, minute charts, alerts, and portfolios but it has many more features. Of course, no level II, but I don't care about that. You can watch your trades go through seconds after they are entered (assuming you have a good electronic broker).

IMO, well worth the cost.

I would recommend hanging around in the IRC chat room (see naq site for instructions) for RTT support during peaks and lulls in the markets.
