AHP, not IMCL, filed the IND; IMCL does get a milestone payment. This goes back more than 10 years, as indicated in the portion of the S-3 I posted earlier. Sounds funny for sure, but it reflects research done at Imclone many moons ago. Through AHP they are getting some mileage out of it.

No, not incongruous, once one considers the time factor.

Ed, see prior post which stated this was something started long time ago. imo, they had the work already in progress, and what the heck, they picked up a milestone pmt for it.
