Lindy, <R&D spending was down> can be attributed to the selling of the INFRA Div, i think.

Lindy,

Congratulations on placing in the competition!

Qualcomm's R&D by itself didn't decrease from 24% to 17%. It is the combination of R&D, selling, marketing and general operating expenses to which those numbers apply. I haven't looked at the financials sufficiently to see how much R&D by itself decreased.

Lindy, Congratulations on you prediction! I have to admit that I did not believe Q would reach near 250 by today, but after hours trading puts us right around the corner!
