Dan, you are exactly right about the filing delay. We can partly blame WINR for the delay (and they will even admit that they deserve some of the criticism for underestimating the possible delays) but as a whole they get a solid "A" in my book for creating a business plan that, once officially implemented late last year, has resulted in one of the speediest paths to profit I have ever witnessed... at margins of over 65%, which is unheard of.

WINR has many long term investors holding on tight, not influenced by the naysayers, and who remain totally patient. Most don't even read these boards.

I have learned that price predictions are pretty difficult but I will say that I have never seen a stock price that represents a better REWARD to RISK ratio than WINR does right now. Time will tell.

Dan,

The paperwork is from 80 to 200 pages long, and is not something hastily thrown together and overnighted to the SEC via FedEx.

You got that right. If you go here and read thoroughly, including all the sub-categories (Item #'s of regulations), you can see how detailed the filing is and why the SEC almost always requires clarification or additional information later on:

sec.gov

I appreciate the time and effort it takes to file. As far as whether Mr. Skinner has handled this situation properly as it pertains to us shareholders is another matter - I do think he has a lot of work to do in the IR department. However, if things come together this month, I'm willing to overlook that for the time being. BTW, he never sold the shares he registered to sell on form 144 - that should tell us something.
