They can't terminate or suspend, but they can activate Universal Turbo Ignore for any given username. Universal Turbo Ignore will automatically make you ignore all users on SI (so you can't see anything new), will automatically put you on everyone else's ignore list (so no one can hear anything new you have to say), and make it look like SI is down for, say, three, or four, or five days (or permanently).
