Fix-Corp International Inc. to Commence Liquidation Sale of All Remaining Assets
HEATH, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 22, 1999--Fix-Corp International Inc. On Oct. 15, 1999 FIXCOR, itself a debtor under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, suspended its manufacturing operations. On Dec. 13, 1999 the Bankruptcy Court in Columbus, Ohio will conduct a hearing to consider approval of such asset sale.
