jay...welcome aboard our board. You asked some GREAT questions. I'm looking forward to the responses as well.

as far as 'hiring an ex-school teacher for IR, I agree that someone with a more techincal background may be more informative, but, to me, communication skill is paramount to being an effective IR person...most of the techies I know and work with are socially challenged :>)

HOWEVER... I do agree that more significant disclosure of non-propriatry technical information would be quite benificial for all of us.

What's mind-boggling JP is your lack of understanding of the function of my job and your unmitigated arrogance. The IR person is not the technical person. We have a tech department in SafeTpay that rivals any in the nation. They requested the QUIET PERIOD and they shall get it. Furthermore, I function as the liaison between the CEO and this THREAD and the others. I am proud to relay the CEO's take on certain questions. The tech people can emend and amend at any point they see fit. Their reticence does not speak ignorance, but rather a shrewd effort not ot leak what should not be made public.

I also take great umbrage at your attack (out of nowhere) on my credentials which not only span education from secondary pedagogy to Columbia University; I also have been associated with Investors Planning group and have been immersed in the market for 40 years. Please do not disparage my qualifications. I take that very seriously. This is the only time I will respond to you until you respond with a sense of courtesy to me.

Now our top technical person in ECNC is the Inventor himself, Thomas Hughes. If you are not a mere basher making waves for whatever reasons, I challenge you to speak to him. You send me your phone number (Evavolizza@aol.com), and he will call you within 48 hours.

Sincerely,
Emanuel J Vavolizza
Director of Wall Street and Investor relations.

I think Ron M. summed it up well....you are off base and need to dig deeper as most of it is out there in public to be found. As for the rest....trade secret in a highly competitive emerging market....why should ecnc shoot itself in the foot by puking its details out all over???

Regardless....I agree that on a quick one shot pass looking for negatives your impression is not surprising. But I will advise that everyone who takes more time and digs deeper inevitably finds alot to like and a reason to stay.

One thing.....ecnc transaction processing is not necessarily over the net.....that is one of the driving forces with our processing is it can by pass the net and go direct over phone lines plus being encrypted. So it is a new standard in security, imho.

Try harder. Or bail and find something you like. But don't attack people you don't know without provocation or good reason...i.e. my good and most honest friend Manny. That is cause for real trouble around here. Pick your fights wisely and lets stick to the issues and facts....not personalities and preconceived notions.
