Dave, my post was not directed at you. I just responded to the last post (which was yours). My questions are rhetorical in nature. Just venting a little. To me, filing the Form 10 is the most critical measure of this investment. IMO, if they file, become reporting, and the numbers are what they told us, then I will have great confidence in the company and the stock. If they don't, well .... I know you have seen as many companies as I have that said they are working on the audit or will become reporting and they don't. They just fall by the way side. Hoping for the best, but prepared for the worst. Mike
