one scenario that might be causing a problem here is: say I own CUBE & the price of the stock is $70. March comes & now I own CUBE(w/o Divicom), is the stock still going to be $70...No. If the market is looking forward & this is a done deal, then it might be "value"ing CUBE as Semi-Cube already. But then I don't understand the price of HLIT. Any comments?

Can DWDM trip up C-Cube's one trick pony?

If DWDM can put 100's or 1000's of channels
on a single fiber, and that fiber can be
delivered to the set top, what is the need for
mpeg2 compression? Wouldn't DV suffice?
Doesn't the bandwidth required for video on
demand, internet access etc, require fiber
to the set top box?
