Excellent article! Well worth the time to register. This is exactly why CTI is greatly needed and will be accepted by doctors and radiologists as a confirmation tool! Thanks Doc!

streblj, glad to have a dbase man here: imagine

cti spends one year installing their systems around the world, with plans to eventually hook them together via the internet. after a few hundred are in place they link them.......now you grow to:

five to ten thousand imaging centers around the world, all dumping data into a server bank that can update the algorithm in real time.

now think about doing further studies for the FDA. all of the data from cti's THOUSANDS of centers around the world can collect data in real time. how long will it take to get 500 women for a study? not too long i bet! :-)

this is my perception of how the system COULD function. i would ask the president, mr. packer, if he agrees with this, but i am sure he wouldn't tell me a thing. after all, this is a time of great secrecy at coii--so close to FDA submission. they guard information more than the queen guards her jewels.

but this is MY GUESS as to what they will do--it makes logical sense, doesn't it?
