Dave and Mike, Check out the bid/ask spread ... this is the tightest I've observed intraday in quite some time. A good sign that MM manipulation might be ending ? I am still puzzled as to news releases / filings because WINR's business associate ( iChargeit.Com ) has called its annual shareholders meeting for next Friday ( 11 / 12 / 99 ) in Torrance, CA. From ICHG PR, immediately after the meeting, they are planning to file their FROM 10. Meaning they have been working on it for quite awhile. Many of their business initiatives are tied to WINR's, so IF their shareholders are present and press the company for details, how can ICHG release news that would not also speak for what's up with WINR ? WINR is on silent mode until filing its FORM 10. Interesting situation. WHAT IF: WINR struck a deal with ICHG not to comment until its shareholder meeting, giving WINR enough time to have a completed FORM 10 of its own to file with SEC simultaneously with ICHG ..... Perhaps the client consuming all the lawyers' time will have been completed, allowing WINR's FORM 10 to be finished and waiting until ICHG goes to file. BOTH companies shotgun the world !!! This is sheer conjecture on my part, but darn it makes sense. That scares me. Someone bring me down to planet Earth here ! Regards, Dan
