I have not made personal attacks against you on SI and until now I have never PM'd you. I have also never emailed you before. My posts may occasionaly be somewhat harrassing, but they fall well within the range of posts (including your's) at the AMD thread. I have not held a vendatta against you like some people seem to. We have had normal exchanges before without any hostility. Again, the fact that I am being accused of this is mind-blowing. Would you mind including the text of what was written to you? Writing styles are sometimes pretty noticeable. Are the messages you were written like the kind I write on the thread? I also recieved a couple of PMs from "hoping2". If you check out the first link in this message you will see what this person wrote to me. Tejek also claims to have gotten a PM from this same "hoping2". I know you think I have written these things to you, but I also know you are a rational guy. Please don't just see through this message because I AM serious I am did not send you any harassing stuff. You claim the IP numbers matched and that is very scary. If they have, I feel like my security has been violated because I am under the impression it is hard to match up IPs. You said you recieved email from these characters. Who did the e-mail say the "From" was from? It is very simple within Netscape's email program (I don't know about IE's Outlook) to change the "From" to anything. Also, what name was associated with the "From". I use a certain name from the "From" with my hotmail email address. It is NOT Cirruslvr and is actually a name you told me was my name. (We were talking about something like security on SI and you said something along the lines like "Just like I know your name is XXX" with XXX being the most of my real name that has been posted at SI. (Jim was the one who originally wrote the whole "XXX". I can send you an email from that shj61@hotmail.com account and you can compare the "From" with whatever you got. There is also another way to see if the email actually came from hotmail. Did you ever reply to the email messages. If you did, the replies wouldn't have gone to the hotmail account because my "reply-to" is different. ACTUALLY, when you recieved the email from these characters, what was the "reply-to"?! That should provide info that this person is a fluke and NOT me. My "From" and "reply-to" can be verified by people I have emailed and recieved email from with my hotmail email address. Paul, please work with me here. I am trying to be as constructive as I can. I have no idea how sure you are of yourself that this perp is me but I am willing to work with you. Oh yeah, another thing (- you said other people have also gotten harassed by the same characters. I would like to also see these messages because we can again compare writing styles, although I doubt you can come up with the messages they were written... BTW, I guess I can't claim anymore that I haven't written you a PM before. ;)
