The caption for the photo in naplesnews.com reads as follows: Anthony Marchiano, right, stands with his attorney Marvin Pickholz outside a Manhattan civil court building on Thursday. Marchiano's attorneys were there to petition the court to unfreeze his assets and allow for $26,495 a month for living expenses until the stock fraud case against him goes to trial next year. Dan Wagner / Staff Mr. Pickholz's background includes an interesting prior position - He was the former assistant director of enforcement at the Federal Securities and Exchange Commission If he's one of the lawyers, one can only wonder what a bodyguard would look like.
