Here We Go! National Securities Calls Sideware For Active Trading On The OTC- Bulletin Board
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - Nov 3, 1999

HERNDON, Virginia -- Sideware Corp, announced today that its parent company, Sideware Systems, Inc. of North Vancouver, British Columbia, has been given "Bulletin Board" trading status in the US, (OTC-BB:SDWSF), which will shortly provide for real time quotes on the company's market. The company's financial advisor is National Securities Corporation of Seattle, Washington. Sideware Systems has also been cleared by the SEC as a fully reporting issuer and has completed "Blue Sky" filings in all States, (California and Alabama pending).

Sideware also asks investors to note, that this Thursday (November 4th), company shares which are traded on the Vancouver Stock Exchange, are scheduled to commence trading in US Dollars and will of course be quoted in USD as well. Investors should also note, that this will coincide with the company's VSE trading symbol being modified to VSE:"SYD.U". Canadian investors, wishing to trade in the company's securities on the VSE, subsequent to this, should discuss the opening of a US dollar trading account with their respective brokers.

Kris/AGORA...Mahalo for your comments. You both make valid points. I would like to think that the OTC-BB will be "pulling" the VSE along in the very near future. As JOCKO mentioned on SH, US investors such as myself can now trade SDWSF over the internet and a considerable reduction in broker commission as well as not having to pay for the exchange rate differences when buying and selling.

I'm in there for the long term which looks exceptionally promising as does the near term if some of the rumored news is released.
