The form 10 is being drafted and will be filed as soon as possible after our year-end audit is completed. Estimated to be 2-4 weeks, from our auditing firm, which probably means 4-6 weeks.

Have a great day!

Greg Writer
CEO
1st Net Technologies, Inc.

Greg, did you actually manage to do business with a company that is not a related party to FNTT?

Your auditor said that most of your business was related party stuff. Pretty cheesy.

The auditor should have required that you list all the related party transactions, but failed to do so. Do you see that as an advantage for you, in hiding some of your dirt?

Greg, re. <<signing contracts that benefit all 1st Net Shareholders>>

"All Shareholders." Hmmm. That doesn't include you, does it?

Why don't you spend $3 to exercise one of your options and buy one share, so that you can say that you are a Shareholder, too?

Greg, would this be your Mom and Dad?

Here's where it shows the connection to you:

Just curious, are they better at paying their taxes than you?

What did they think when they read this, by Susan Antilla of Bloomberg?
By NASD's account, Writer was ringleader of a stock manipulation scheme about which he provided
false testimony to the regulators.

Hi Greg,
We haven't heard from you since you made the following post on Nov 3, 99. Are there any updates on that contract or any other exciting news from FNTT in the past 5 months?

How is the stock doing, I haven't had time to keep up lately.
