I think that past pricing problems are coming back to haunt them in a big way..however, I don't think management is incompetent or that the company is down for the count.

Yes, I would buy more here. Risk has increased dramatically (as reflected by the stock price!) but the fact that they are restructuring and unloading some assets (the sale of Lyndon alone will generate as much cash as the current market cap) makes me think that the stock has a good chance of recovering.

Put this stock in the same basket with Disney (DIS - which I also recommended accumulating in the mid 20s), i.e. keep an eye on the story and maintain a long term horizon for the payoff.
