The short ratio has decreased from Sept to Oct
from 7.57 to 1.95.

Maybe the thinking is that this stock won't be going any lower.

Given the low valuation and the right timing (by my TA),
this stock may make it up to the mid-teens,
if not the low 20's in the next week or two.
Of course, I've been wrong before :-)
