I believe they have about 75 million shares outstanding (plus the 3 issued today). In thinking about it, the shares distributed in Germany may be a very good thing. When we trade up here, Germany gets a chance to trade it overnight. With only 2.7 million shares to trade, it will go up real fast there. In the morning we get news that it is up 5+ points overnight, it will fuel the movement here and on and on. Today's action was good. I see more upside movement for the next few months. Shorters will get on like they did with AMZN and will take it up another split or two. My target is 125 for Christmas if the momentum continues and the general markets stay sound. Way overpriced but likely won't matter for the next year or two. Good luck to all. Steve D.
