Is this not typical of AOL. When everybody has turned their attention somewhere else, they go into negotiations for broadband deal, they strike one and lo and behold. In my opinion the exit of mr. Hinderey from T has slowed down the progress somewhat in the talks between AOL and T. But none the same it is moving ahead IMO. Very savvy for Case and the boys.
