what does that mean? My impression of the last few minutes of the CC re HDR and fixed wireless internet service is that it is unlikely Qcom will increase its equity position in NextWave since NextWave is using another a competitive cdma system and it would place Qcom in competition with Sprint, Vod/Airtouch in the fixed internet wireless service business. Comments? BTW, who will manufacture the receiving box? Qualcomm or will it simply provide the chips and technology?
