Richard: Thanks for the info. I had seen it. ROH sent me a copy by email. They have a good service. According to a poster on the Yahoo HEC Board the noteholders would get about 1.6MM of the HEC shares, leaving about 1MM additional. Anyone know what ROH intends to do with these? If I were ROH I'd keep them until HEC sees $2.50 again... It could be a while, but I'd keep them. There was a big HEC release this week, and the HEC web site is now reinstated. ROH and PKC shareholders may be able to glean more about potential future worth of their investment from there. PKC is up a bit. It didn't drop like ROH. Hopefully ROH will recover after the meeting.
