Hello DK, Would be interested in hearing more about your concerns for the Ps. I agree, the entire share structure is convoluted and the July S?? was massive reading although the last 500 pages were just copies of leases agreements on their stores. Are you suggesting, the Ps are a poor play and the real play is the commons? We would all appreciate your thoughts and discussion here. So are you saying you wouldn't hold any Ps??? or you might but you are unsure of them..... With regards to your statement that " the conversion is not as clear as made to look by some P's" be aware that the understanding of the Ps is that it is clear and if theres something we should know then by all means let her fly. I don't think anyone here (so far) is trying to deceive anyone. All insightful discussion is most welcome I'm sure. Regards C
