Neo- Have you heard about the retired school teacher who has been in the news in Massachusetts? Seems she retired eight years ago and began to collect her pension. Her monthly stipend was to be $800.00. But the checks were coming in at $8,000.00 per month. She went to the Bank where the funds were direct deposited and they told her that the amount was correct. The auditors finally discovered the mistake after eight years and they want her to cough up the money. She says she spent it all. What do you think? I think she ought to go to jail. JLA

>>Pardon?

That's you second request in less than a day.

You stand accused of aggravated meanieness - the "we know what you are trying to do" variety. Specifically in your case, the extreme picking of cherries. Accusation is as good as, nay better, than a conviction in the court of kangaroo. Any reasoned response will cause your life sentence to double. Then the new charges will be brought.

Pardons are not available in such cases. Until advised otherwise, it appears that you'll have to wait until your next parole hearing, which remains permanently postponed.
