Nice little pop around noon. Does anyone have any comments on the conference call? Does anyone know who's buying here? To my eyes, the earnings report press release looked like "damn the shareholders, management is making some money." Just seemed inappropriate to announce promotions (which inevitably mean salary increases) at the same time as officially announcing the earnings shortfall (which was due to cost overruns (paying salaries again)). Who knows how many shares these promoted managers hold (Kimball et al?) When do shareholders get a share of the increased revenues?
