Hi everyone. Nice.............. Just like it surprised me on the way down, it is outdoing itself for the way up. Strong stock...... As time goes by it is becoming even more clear why contact centers need to upgrade their platforms. "Where the Web meets the call center" as quoted by the co-president. Just five years ago customers were worried about the ACD's ability to overflow a voice call, now look at what we have to look forward to. Hats off to management. Hope the employees don't burn out with all this new activity.
