This is solid progress by QTEK, nothing fancy, just a solid revenue producing building block.

These seemingly small deals all add up on the bottom line.

As more of the "later in the alphabet" companies see the pink sheet trauma that has occurred to the "early in the alphabet" ones who didn't become reporting, we will see greater compliance.

QTEK has plenty of time to go thru the SEC process. It has till March 2000 to get SEC blessing.
