Susan, that happens alot with these stocks like ICGE. Traders will read the story at the end of the day and see the move from yesterday and put it on a watchlist, also some shorts might have finally just given up and bought back. Look at CMRC after that 30 point move on Monday, people felt comfortable that it was going to go down and short it on Tuesday but they announce a deal with GM and the stock is up 44 points.

That is why going short on these stocks is so dangerous, have you ever seen one of these stocks down 44 points at the open lately ? Good luck with it today, you are having a very good day.

Susan I think it is cause of the explosion of B2B. Like the street is "getting it" for sure and it is the fall. When you see what BVSN did with the split. When you see CMRC in the last week. When you see what VRSN is doing and now contracts etc. And ICGE is the "mutual fund" of the B2B like CMGI is for the retails. It is like the wow we better get on board. And VIAN and some of these types of stocks when the earnings were great....it is like go with the winners and the high gains possible. My theory.

Sometimes I think it is the little guy too who gets it ahead of the funds and now when the smart ones see something smoke....well they come in to see if they can get in the fire and that then becomes another run up. Then when you get like CMRC and VRSN news it just confirms it and then of course you think split. Like BVSN. Like there are first waves and second and third and such before it evens out. That was the way of last year with the retail types.

So ICGE is what CMGI did last year.

The jump on board bigger money.
