BGR, i can tell you where the money came from...it was created out of thin air by the central banks. they were the biggest buyers of U.S. treasuries in recent weeks. the liquidity spigot has been opened wide, presumably because of Y2K, the 'non-event' as it is also known. which is why i do not agree with MB that a crash is imminent. on the contrary, i believe we'll see an incredible speculative blow-off first.
WS knows what to do with money that's for free...<ggg>

who says i haven't been buying?

regards,
