Craig,

Could you post the url to the webstie for the swingtader advisory service

This is the place I referred to in my post.

daytraders.com

They offer a daily morning newsletter that tracks a portfolio of stocks based on their "picks of the day", which I have followed for some time. (This is separate from the "tips" posted by members; be careful with those.) They post entry targets to which they adhere quite rigorously. On occasion I have gotten the feeling that some of their exit points are too good to be true, but then I see many examples that lend credibility to what they post, especially exiting positions well before (sometimes days before) they reach the optimum point. You will have to be your own judge of that. They also offer an intraday "Trading Desk" subscription with a heftier fee to which I have never subscribed.

I used this example only to make the point that some people are successful with a strategy that includes frequent averaging, not to hype the service. Needless to say, if you are inclined to average you have to keep appropriate cash reserves or suffer some losses when you run out of cash.

If you want any further specifics, I would prefer to continue the conversation with private messages.

Dan
