You mean like this?:

<<NEW YORK, Nov 3 (Reuters) - PaineWebber analyst Andrew Burns raised his price target on Web site creator Sapient Corp. Wednesday to $155 from 120.

-- retains attractive rating, earnings estimates.

-- shares have broken through previous December 2000 price target of $110-120.

-- ``We believe SAPE's rapid escalation through our price target reflects its strong fundamental outlook, as well as continued momentum in the e-business services sector.'

-- stock up 9-3/4 at 140.>>

Note the operative logic - the runup in price and momentum justify a higher price, not that the underlying fundamental outlook has improved.
