that we should take note of, in prior filings Roger D. Huseman was the filer.
Todays filing was done by John Pappajohn and has him listed as President.

PLRPD, bid and ask just tightened up. It looks like they are getting ready to move the bid and ask up. No bites on the bid since they moved it to .12.
Bullish sign!
