no not really jas...i sold yesterday when the buyers didn't show up...you see jas you just have to know when to fold them....LOL...how do you like them apples Love it! Your horizon is about as far as the end of your nose. I'm not so presumptuous to call bottoms like you do. I buy stocks on the way down, and don't expect them always to stop their descent after I place a buy order. Even ORCL went down some after I bought it in the low 20s. Did I bail? Nope. And I also don't pretend that my portfolio is replete with winners. I've got plenty of losers I could tell you about. But unlike you, I don't depend on a couple of takeovers for my success. Nor do I need the flattery of others to soothe my ego. Marshal Applewhite, Jim Jones, David Koresh all had their devoted followers. Look where they all ended up. Happy Trading, jas.
