OT...Boreing analysis to follow!!!!zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

If you get $16.00 for 1/3 of your AC holdings, the assumption is that the combined AC/new company shareprice will fall to as low as 6.00-9.00 because of extensive selling pressure

Assuming the worst then if you had 1K shares then you would get 333 shares @ $16.00=$5328.00
The remaining 667 would be worth 6.00=$4002= $9330 which equates to $9.33 per share average
If the remaining are worth $9.00 per share then $6003 which when added to $5328= $11,331 which is $11.33 per share average
As a result I have decided not to wait for the next Onex offer and as a result sold this AM, but thats what I did, this is not advice, get help from a qualified financial expert.
