Preferred or common shares.

I agree with Marcos that the 8% option is not going to happen.

However, when the news release talks about "convertible preferred stock", I interpret that to mean that they can convert the preferred shares into common shares at some point in the future. Depending on the terms of the conversion, the preferreds might, in fact, be preferred. :)
