Tim, I'm not trying to cause a debate & I'm certainly not siding with anyone, but don't you think telling people to post complaints about others to SI Bob is kind of not really the best way to handle the situation? I've always handled my emissaries by dealing with them directly or better yet just ignoring them. The only way to win a war is to win the many battles...
