They should use cash to buy back some shares...well, then again, it is all about getting #'s on the bottom line, and the 4th quarter will be breakeven or so, so no relief soon,a nd Im sure they have the excuses lined up already for q1 next year.,..how low can it go, it is now way way below book value...

ITs too bad this message board has become a place to advertise for other boards.

Also, this place is starting to resemble a house of worship where all the participants do nothing but confess their mistakes of investing in this
dog, pray for things to get better (which won't for a while) and hope that a white knight will rescue them out of their missery. FAT CHANGE
ON ALL FRONTS!!!WAKE UP!!

To all of you that were so "impressed" and "happy" two weeks afo with the "good news" from IVICM regarding their Q3 numbers, I hope
today was a good slap in the face of reality ($2 1/16). Not until the shareholders of this company mustard up the balls to stand up to the
incompetents in the executive suites will you see any change. The execs have been given ample time to turn things around, nothing has worked,
alliances have not really panned out, mergers have at least not made the ship sink, but its just keeping it afloat. They have fired the victims and
re-structured, BOOORING!

WAKE UP, Ingenico does not give a crap about the shareholders, the French, in typical fashion, are going to come in and take this company
for a song-and-a-dance and screw the rest of you (that is, if they can get passed the poison pill which was put in place especially to keep
Ingenico from doing exactly what you folks are PRAYING about...forget it...it will not happen).

I bailed out a long time ago. Most of you are now holding on to your paper and your balls. Release the balls and maybe your paper will be
worth at least what is printed on it.

Start a wave to fire management. Here, AGAIN, are the key contacts: bthomson@ivinet.com, gcompain@ingenico.fr (President/CEO and
key shareholder and member of the board). Go ahead, stop pissing into the wind and camplaining here and send your message directly to
them. Otherwise, STOP THE BITCHING! GO AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

Lastly, the statement on Q4 being soft as a result of Y2K is BUTSHIT. That is just the perfect excuse to tell you in January they
underperformed, AGAIN. No other POS company is giving its shareholders this anticipated bad news. What happened was that they pulled
everything they could into Q3 to at least not miss ANOTHER quarter but in fact have sacrificed Q4 numbers....a very OLD trick that you
folks swallowed in whole.

Hypercom is on the move (up). I'm glad I bought some earlier this year....HYC's move should add support to IVI.
